During the summer Nikyta Engstrom, Cheryl Yoder, and Diane Yoder went to Ohio Leadership Camp at Camp Muskingum to meet new people like FFA members and Ohio Farm Bureau Youth, have new experiences, and have fun. During the first day, campers participated in an activity called grassy games to get to know everyone. The members had leadership sessions throughout the four day stay. The National FFA Staff ran the sessions which included “Influencers, Relationship Building, Election 2016, Deliberate, Collaborating, and Agents of Change.” On the third day there was a Banquet to thank everyone for helping, and supporting the leadership camp. Ohio Farm Bureau representatives were recognized at the Banquet. Next was the talent show, and right after was a dance. During the talent show some of the members sang a song, and perform a play. Every day there was free time so members could hang out with friends, play corn hole, tether ball, pingpong or go on the water to swim, go kayaking or canoeing and many more activities. The State Officers helped out at flag lowering, and at campfire which is right before bedtime. Everyone that went had a wonderful time meeting new people, and creating new experiences.
